The aim is for the investment to reflect the performance of the MSCI Russia Issuers Capped 25% Index (Index) which is designed to reflect the performance of the listed shares of certain companies from Russia. The companies making up the Index are large and medium sized companies based on the combined value of a companyâs readily available shares as compared to other companies. A companyâs weighting in the Index depends on its relative size. The Index is calculated on a total return net basis which means that all dividends and distributions by the companies are reinvested in the shares after tax. If one companyâs shares represents more than 25% of the Index at any quarterly rebalancing date, it will be capped at 20%. The Fund will invest in transferable securities and enter into financial contracts (derivatives) with one or more swap counterparties relating to the transferable securities and the Index, in order to obtain the return on the Index.
